  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Business Days: Our office operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST, excluding major holidays.

     

    2. Shipping Rates & Methods

    • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We offer several shipping options within the United States:

      • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
      • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
      • Overnight Shipping (Next business day delivery, if placed before 12 PM EST)

      Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

    • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

 

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order through the tracking link provided in the email.

 

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

NoHandOuts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct and monitoring your tracking number for delivery updates. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

 

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons or holidays.
